AIMS
The specific course of the environmental transition aims to train lawyers in the field of environmental law by considering all the challenges that public and private actors are now confronted. It then aims to allow them to better understand and use the legal tools for environmental protection, the fight against nuisance and pollution, preservation of biodiversity and the fight against climate change recognized in international law, law of the European Union and Domestic Law

ADMISSION CONDITIONS
This is a selective course, and entry to Master 1 is a prerequisite for admission to the application process. With regard to Master 2, the conditions of access vary depending on whether students have completed their first year of the Master's programme within the field or not (students with or without the right of access to Master 2).

LEARNING AND RESEARCH
In addition to practical training, students are given research assistance courses, submit research reports and must choose between completing a work placement or a research dissertation
KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED
The Master 2 Environmental Transition Law enables students to acquire knowledge and a solid foundation in environmental law, in matters relating to domestic law, international law and European Union law. As well as exploring the various areas of knowledge (players, tools, sources, principles, legal techniques), the aim is to establish links between them

INTERNSHIPS AND SUPERVISED PROJECTS
In addition to research reports, students must complete either an internship (lasting three months) or a research dissertation
