  • Initial training - Continuing education - Work-linked training
  • 1 year
  • Aix-en-Provence
  • AIMS

The M2 In-depth Business Law aims to train the lawyers, jurists and academics of tomorrow. Its ambition is to produce good business law managers, well-trained minds capable of adapting and putting into action the skills acquired during their training.

It is centred around the core of business law (business contracts, corporate assets, law governing companies in good standing and in difficulty, international trade law, international litigation, banking, stock market and financial law, corporate criminal law, CSR...).

It offers a choice of a 3-month work placement or a research dissertation.

Each month, in addition to the lectures, professionals (magistrates, lawyers, jurists) speak to the students about the practical issues of the profession, the employment market and their career plans.
