  • Aix-en-Provence
  • AIMS

The Master 2 'Artificial Intelligence and Law' course, which will be open from September 2026, is offered in both initial and sandwich courses. It is based on the idea that artificial intelligence is an indispensable tool for lawyers in all legal professions and that it is advisable to prepare for it not only by mastering the tool itself but also - and above all - by training AI lawyers ready to perform any job using artificial intelligences in design and in daily practice. The degree is unprecedented in that it is not limited to the study of the law of artificial intelligence, but also to its implementation in the professional sectors of law, thus developing knowledge adapted in these sectors to the use of algorithmic technologies. It also includes a volume of non-legal teaching that provides an understanding of AI in its technological, operational, economic and social dimensions, particularly through learning about AI tools. As a result, the degree aims to train a lawyer specialising in artificial intelligence able to fit into all the judicial, administrative, banking etc. professions confronted with and adapted to the specific constraints of the use of artificial intelligence in law.
