This 2nd session of the workshop Pour une recherche "géolégale". Dialogues entre sciences territoriales et juridiques is co-organized by CIST and the Centre universitaire rouennais d'études juridiques(CUREJ, theme "Territoires et Mobilités").
During this second session of the workshop Pour une recherche " géolégale ". Dialogues entre sciences territoriales et juridiques, cross-analyses by French, Portuguese and German researchers, some geographers, others jurists (in private, public or European law), will focus firstly on the question of island protection and their special statutes and regimes, secondly on cross-border cooperation and its institutionalization, in other words on the notion of the border as a place of life and public action, and thirdly on the isolation - and hence vulnerability - of certain European territories in terms of energy supply.
