The health crisis has not only caused profound upheavals in our daily lives and in the relationship we have as citizens with the State, but it has also disrupted the functioning of international cooperation and inter-State exchanges. The erosion of trust between the governed and the government, the lack of understanding of health measures, the lack of coordination between States, the pitfalls of international solidarity - these are just some of the issues that the health crisis has raised against public authorities. This conference aims to contribute to the identification and analysis of these issues through the study of "public policies in epidemic situations". In this perspective, this conference aims to identify the specificities and the conditions of implementation of PEPs as well as to analyze their reception from different points of view: historical, legal, sociological or political.
