Quality is a concept that remains abstract in law. It can refer to the quality of the standard, the quality of care, the quality of the environment. Quality, developed essentially in economic and managerial terms, does not benefit from an intangible definition. While quality issues are focused on the user and his care, the determinants of quality may vary according to the way in which it is viewed and the time frame in which it is applied. Quality will not be understood in the same way by professionals, families, beneficiaries or supervisory authorities.
