Within the framework of its new program, the Research in Real Estate (ESPI2R) laboratory - a research unit of the ESPI group - wishes to promote a partnership dynamic on several strong themes in real estate and land development. The ESPI Research Grant is aimed at established research entities, public or private, wishing to partner with the ESPI2R laboratory to conduct exploratory work and produce joint scientific events and articles. For this 2022-2023 edition, the ESPI Research Grant is based on three main areas of work: the sensitive city, the individual house and the renovation of real estate.
