Legal representatives for the protection of adults (MJPM) exercise the prerogatives attached to the functions of curator (in title, subrogated curator, ad hoc curator, or co-curator), tutor (in title, subrogated tutor, ad hoc tutor, or co-tutor) and special representative (in safeguard of justice). Thirteen years after the October 19, 2012 symposium on the metamorphosis of professionals in the legal protection of adults, a new study day is scheduled on this theme to determine together what meaning(s) to give to this young profession.
