The aim of the symposium is to bring together privatist and publicist conceptions of heritage, and to explore the changes that have taken place in this notion. The aim is to analyze theoretical developments, with a possible reconsideration of Aubry and Rau's theory, with the shift from the uniqueness of patrimony to the division of patrimony. On a material level, the aim is to study changes in the content of wealth: new assets such as intangible assets, electronic assets and so on. And thirdly, we'll be looking to see whether these changes also affect the functions of assets.
