The seminar aims to encourage research by young scholars working on issues of institutionalization, or even re-institutionalization, in international and European law, and in particular on the state, international organizations, global cities, regions, multinational corporations, non-governmental organizations, trade unions, religious organizations, and/or any other form of institution (public, private, or other) that is or should be involved in the adoption of international and European law and governed, in turn, by that law.
