(Announcement Calenda 1018675)
Unknown, often underestimated in a society that had forgotten their existence to the benefit of private property mechanisms, the commons are now becoming topical again thanks to the intensification of scientific work in the wake of Elinor Ostrom's work, as well as reflections on the solutions to be found in order to take up, alongside administrations, the immense territorial challenges: climatic, food, energy, ecological, social, etc. This conference aims to look at the future of territorial policies with the land commons. It intends to discuss ways of reforming the legal framework to allow this model to evolve on its own modest scale to meet the needs of society and to secure its existence alongside other territorial actors.
