Contrary to popular belief, law and anarchy are not necessarily mutually exclusive. Indeed, there are many institutions, such as popular juries, and doctrines, such as the doctrine of abuse of right, that can inspire anarchists. The notions of spontaneous law and natural law have already nurtured and can, in our view, nurture even more our political imagination. More precisely, they have an anarchistic significance that we intend to elucidate. The aim of this event is to discuss the genesis of the Jursites Anarchistes group, founded by doctoral students at Sciences Po, and above all the colloquium and its proceedings.
