Conference organized by the Société de Législation Comparée and the Faculty of Law of the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III.
The theme of this symposium is gender reassignment in civil status and the evolution of French law in relation to foreign legislation. Comparative, positive and prospective law will be examined, with the aim of understanding the current French legal framework. The course will look at the evolution of French law, foreign legislation and gender self-determination for minors.
