In recent times, thanks to the fight against climate change, they seem to have been invested with a stronger voluntarism to the point that their political dimension, previously perceived in minor mode - between technical-sanitary modernization and market regulation - now appears to us to be manifest, integrating a wider panoply of instruments to constitute genuine technical policies.
