This conference aims to provide an in-depth, rigorous, and multidisciplinary analysis of the advances, challenges, and prospects of climate law, in a context marked by the intensification and urgency of climate change. It aims to make this topic accessible to society as a whole by highlighting the contributions of basic and applied research and promoting their dissemination beyond the academic sphere. It is thus part of a broader effort to generate and disseminate knowledge, with the goal of informing public and private decision-making processes through scientifically grounded insights.
