    The aim of the diploma is to train future professionals in the field of economic litigation, who will be able to help companies resolve their disputes in order to best protect their interests. In this field, the needs are great and the rewards attractive.

    The architecture of the diploma has been designed in a simple manner, around the three methods of resolving economic disputes (arbitration, amicable settlement, and arbitration);conomic disputes (arbitration, amicable settlement, automatic justice), with an emphasis on practical teaching (role-playing, simulations, role-playing games), with the involvement of experienced professionals. Students will be introduced to a wide range of subjects

    the essential techniques and know-how.

    Débouchés :

    -         Business lawyer spécialisé in litigation

    -        Lawyer in an arbitration or mediation centre

    -         Concours de la magistrature

  • TARGETED STUDENTS

    Étants en FI, professionnels en FC, les candidats doivent êêtre titulaires d'une licence de droit et d'un master 1 en droit

  • ADMISSION CONDITIONS

    On application and interview, for candidates from the M1 justice or M1 business of the Aix law faculty and also for external candidates who may apply

  • FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES

    Law degree, Master 1 in law already obtained or in the process of being obtained (the M1 must have been validated by 1 September)

  • FUNDAMENTAL PREREQUISITES

    Good knowledge of business law and private litigation, good sense of cost and strategy

  • STRUCTURE AND ORGANISATION

    3 weeks of classes in September

    October; May: 1 week course per month

    Late June : one week of'exams

    Submission of placement and sandwich course reports by September of the following year
