As part of theRESPONSIVE Project, a European research project aimed at increasing the responsiveness of social services in Europe, we went to meet artists and promoters of citizen actions designed to highlight the tensions and contradictions that structure social services, but also to amplify the voice of the people they support, in other words, their representation in the public arena, which is essential to democracy and the transformation of social work.
