The 14th study day of the ESPI2R laboratory offers a collective reflection on the effects of financialization on urban production, real estate markets and territorial recompositions. The morning session will feature a number of academic papers on the construction of urban value, investment strategies and their effects on residential markets and territorial dynamics. The afternoon will focus on Euroméditerranée, with a presentation on 25 years of investment, followed by a round-table discussion, "Fabricating urban attractiveness: players, strategies and values in Euroméditerranée", bringing together researchers, public players, market intermediaries and private operators.
