My AMU Account (Sésame)
It's the single entry key to all services (ENT, Wifi, BU PC...).
- Activation: New students receive an activation link on their personal e-mail address (check your spam).
- Forgotten password: The school cannot reset your password. You must use the Sesame identity management tool.

Wifi connection (Eduroam)
The Eduroam network is secure and available on all campuses (and other universities).

Courses and TD leaflets (AMeTICE)
AMeTICE is the university's educational platform.
- What does it do? This is where your teachers upload course materials, tutorials and assignments.
- Access: Via the "Pedagogy" tab on your ENT or directly on ametice.univ-amu.fr.

Be sure to contact the right department for a prompt response.
- Pedagogical problem (timetable, TD registration, missing grade...) ➔ Contact your Scolarité.
- Technical problem (blocked account, Wifi, ENT bug, messaging) ➔ Contact the DIRNUM (Digital Department) via Facilit'amu or the dedicated contact page.
