Announcement Calenda 1234488

A radical critique of law in which the violent scenes of law and colonial geopolitics become inseparable. Its originality lies in the fact that it strives to maintain the possibility of an immanent thought of law that does not reproduce the possibility of the reification of relations of domination, exploitation and injustice. Is a society's reconciliation with law to be found in this immanence of law, without the latter becoming the sphere of justification for the profanation of the world and of social relations of domination, i.e. without renouncing equality and emancipation?
