The New Economic Regulations Act (NRE), dated 15 May 2001, represents a major step forward in economic regulation. This law includes fundamental advances in all areas of economic law - particularly company law and financial law - and obviously includes important measures in competition law and contract law, both with respect to restrictive competition practices and anti-competitive practices. An important standard in our competition regulations, just like the Order of 1 December 1986, the NRE Act is celebrating its twentieth anniversary this year, which is an opportunity to review the key measures of this law and to consider its current status.
