AIMS
The DESU d'Etudes Judiciaires – préparation de l'examen d'accès au Centre de Formation Professionnelle d'Avocats (CRFPA) is a university diploma delivered by the University of Aix-Marseille.
It is organised by the Institute of Judicial Studies of the Faculty of Law, as part of the preparation of the entrance exam to the Centre for the study of law in the French-speaking world.
Régional de Formation Professionnelle d'Avocats (CRFPA) (the CRFPA access exam is a national exam, Dé cret n° 2001-951 du
October 19, 2001 - arrêté du 17 octobre 2016 - organised by the Institut d'Etudes Judiciaires – FDSP – AMU - from September 1).
It is intended to sanction the acquisition of in-depth knowledge in the subjects of this examination.
This diploma, obtained by continuous assessment, makes it possible to concretise the work carried out during the year within the training provided by the Institute. It thus offers a valorization of the work accomplished notwithstanding a possible failure to pass the CRFPA access exam.
Previously, this course has been designed for students who have already completed their training.
To follow this training, registration is compulsory with the University (Institute of Judicial Studies) chosen by the candidate as the examination centre (CRFPA access examination). No one may be registered with several universities.
