From the start of the 2024 academic year, the Faculty of Law and Political Science will be offering two new bachelor's degrees for students seeking an enriching and diversified education: the Bachelor of Law and Political Science and the Bachelor of Law Academy.
Bachelor's degree in law and political science
The Bachelor of Law and Political Science offers students an interdisciplinary approach that fuses the fields of law and political science for a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms underlying our legal and political systems.
This innovative program combines the in-depth study of law with a critical analysis of political institutions, decision-making processes and social dynamics. Students will explore the theoretical foundations of law and politics, while developing essential analytical, research and communication skills.
Whether in the spheres of law, politics, diplomacy or the public sector, this training prepares students for diverse and stimulating careers.
Licence Académie de droit
The Académie de Droit pathway of excellence is a unique opportunity for students who are passionate about the legal field and want to set themselves apart in their training.
Students will benefit from high-quality teaching by renowned experts in the field, with a particular emphasis on research, critical analysis and legal practice. The ambition of this program is to help the best students develop their skills, critical thinking and reflection. Although it is a selective program of excellence, it is first and foremost a program of openness to the world, to the social sciences and to the humanities, designed to turn these candidates into eminent future jurists and political scientists by consolidating their theoretical, historical and practical fundamentals, while facilitating their professional integration.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Condition: access is mainly by first-year application (outside Parcoursup). Students must hold a general baccalaureate with "Très bien" or "Bien" honors.
Alongside the new bachelor's degrees, the Faculty of Law and Political Science will be introducing new professional bachelor's degrees, perfectly aligned with our students' professional aspirations and projects.
These new programs have been carefully designed to offer practical, specialized training that meets the specific needs of today's industries. Some of these courses will be offered on a sandwich basis. This approach will enable students to combine theory and practice, develop transferable skills and acquire expertise relevant to the job market.

Environmental Transition Law course
The aim of the Master 2 Environmental Transition Law is to train high-level lawyers in the field of environmental law. Context
Against a backdrop of structural reforms to judicial institutions and procedures, changes in judicial methods and practices, the development of alternative justice systems, and societal concerns about the justice system and the missions of those involved in it, lawyers preparing for judicial careers and the national examinations and competitions that determine access to them are faced with challenges that must be met by training courses dedicated to litigation techniques and strategies, to the theory and practice of alternative dispute resolution and arbitration, and to familiarization with judicial culture and the culture of amicable settlement.

CU ethics, deontology and public compliance
We are pleased to announce the creation of a university diploma in ethics, professional conduct and public compliance as of the start of the 2024 academic year.
This university diploma is aimed at professionals, students and the general public who wish to learn more about the ethics of elected representatives, civil servants and public officials, or to deepen their knowledge in this field. It also covers the compliance obligations of the various public authorities - risk mapping, third-party assessments, code of ethics, etc. - and teaches how to carry them out and implement them.
The entire course is delivered remotely , using lectures, video clips and case studies, as well as online contributions from leading experts, numerous representatives of the relevant authorities (HATVP, AFA, CRCT, etc.) and professionals working as compliance officers, whistleblower officers or secular affairs officers. On-line interventions will be systematically scheduled at the end of the day, to accommodate the needs of professional learners.
