The aim of the Master 2 Environmental Transition Law is to train high-level lawyers in the field of environmental law. The Master's program aims to provide students with solid skills in all aspects of environmental law (domestic public and private law, international and European law), covering all the major legal regimes (combating climate change, biodiversity, promoting renewable energies, the circular economy, environmental health, air and water pollution, protection against major risks and classified installations...), while at the same time offering a multi-disciplinary approach and experience feedback, enabling students to acquire a comprehensive understanding of environmental law and policy, their evolution and the issues at stake.

The Obligations, Contracts and Property program is designed to deepen the knowledge and legal reasoning skills of students of economic civil law, particularly with a view to a career in the legal profession. It emphasizes a practical approach to the subjects taught, so that graduates not only acquire good research skills and a high level of knowledge, but are also able to practice applying them.

The aim of the Litigation and Civil Enforcement Procedures course is to provide a thorough grounding in national and European civil procedure, civil enforcement procedures, the functioning of civil justice in general, and the law of evidence. To achieve this objective, courses are taught not only by academics, but also by practicing legal professionals: judicial commissioners, lawyers and magistrates. This professional aspect provides students with a concrete vision of the legal profession they wish to practice, and enables them to consolidate their career plans through at least two internships during the course (April-May).
