STUDENT CARD
1. New students (L1 or first registration at FDSP) Once your administrative registration has been validated, you will receive an e-mail notification at your university address informing you that your card is ready.
- Collection: You must collect your card in person from the Registrar's Office (no proxies accepted).
- Documents to present: Your certificate of enrolment (available on ENT) and proof of identity.
2. Re-registration (Students already enrolled at FDSP last year) Don't throw your card away! It's valid for several years.
- Update: You need to collect the sticker for the current year (2025-2026) to affix to your card.
- Where to obtain it : At the Registrar's Office or with your welcome tutors at the start of the school year, on presentation of your new school certificate.
3. Lost, stolen or damaged card If you no longer have your card, you must request a new one from the Registrar's Office.
- In the event of theft: Free of charge on presentation of the police report.
- In the event of loss or breakage: Reissue is subject to a fee (payment by credit card or cheque).
4. Payment problems (Izly) If you have any problems with your balance, top-up or Izly account (Resto U), please contact assistance directly on the Izly.fr website. The school does not manage electronic wallets.
