Announcement Calenda 1249291

Created in 2022, the Alma Prize for Young Researchers aims to reward innovative work by students of medieval history, literature, philosophy or philology. To enter the competition, you must hold at least an M1 or Master's degree, be under thirty and not hold a doctorate. You must also be a member of Alma-Recherche.

The winner of the Alma Young Researcher's Prize will have his or her work published, and will receive a prize of: five hundred euros.

Participating in the Prize also enables mastérants to become part of a community of young researchers, and to present their work to a jury of specialists. They may also be invited to take part in scientific events organized by the association or certain members of the jury.

The aim of the Prize, and of this association, is to highlight the quality of the work of certain young researchers. The prize tries to "decentralize" interest in masters programs, by comparing theses from all French, Swiss and Belgian universities. We can see that, with very limited resources, some students manage to produce very promising work. The Prize is a first step towards a doctorate.

Our teams and our partner publisher take great care to ensure that the publication resulting from the prize does not deflower a future thesis.
