1 Presentation of the program (summary)
With the aim of developing research on slavery, the slave trade, its abolition and its legacy, the Fondation pour la Mémoire de l'esclavage (Foundation for the Memory of Slavery) offers legal entities financial assistance to disseminate research findings or facilitate access to sources, in three forms: assistance with the organization of symposia or scientific events; assistance with scientific publications or translations (symposium proceedings, essays, collective works, etc.); assistance with inventories, the production of online databases and/or the digitization of collections or documentary resources that are not easily accessible.); assistance with inventories, the production of online databases and/or the digitization of collections or documentary resources that are not easily accessible.
