1 Presentation of the program (summary)
CIERA offers support to doctoral students who do not receive a grant or research allowance to carry out a research stay in Germany or in another German-speaking country (Austria, Switzerland). It is also possible to spend a period of time in one of the German and European Studies Centers supported by the DAAD throughout the world, provided that the subject of the research is related to the German-speaking area.
