Presentation of the event

The desire for social transformation is obvious today. We are witnessing multiple experiments to define the general interest, the basis of our republican texts, in the light of modernity and sobriety. Is it not time to revisit the notion of general interest? Does the notion of common good better reflect the challenges of our time? This notion is outlined in draft laws, in international declarations, in the commitments of companies. Is the common good the social translation of the general interest? Should the common good be enshrined in our law?
