This conference, entirely online, aims to engage an interdisciplinary reflection on the production and negotiation of meaning in communication practices related to food. Organized within the framework of the 89th Acfas congress (Laval University, Canada), these two days will allow participants to present their work on the mediated constitution of food identities, the production of culinary news and the valorization of local products. It will also be an opportunity to take a critical look at the promotion of healthy eating as well as the representations of the body and food in digital media.
