Heir to more than 600 years of history, the Faculty of Law and Political Science, part of Aix-Marseille University, is home to almost 11,000 students, spread over three sites: Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Arles.
It is a major player in higher education and research.
Its excellence in both teaching and research makes it a faculty recognized not only in France, but also on a European and international scale.
It is the law school offering the largest number of sandwich courses in the legal field, at both Bachelor's and Master's levels.
It plays an active role in the attractiveness of the region and in the training of current and future company employees. It offers a comprehensive range of professional training courses covering all branches of law and all business sectors (business law, labor law, contracts, banking, insurance, finance, accounting, taxation, international trade, consumer affairs and distribution, competition, corporate engineering, intellectual property, media and new technologies, transport and logistics, energy, sport, urban planning, construction, real estate, environment, corporate safety and quality, health, etc.).
The cost of running these courses is considerable. Corporate support is therefore essential to maintaining the excellence of our training courses, and is one of the levers that will enable us to innovate and adapt to the needs of the socio-economic world and the professions of tomorrow.

What is the apprenticeship tax?
The "taxe d'apprentissage" (apprenticeship tax) is intended to finance vocational training in France. It is a compulsory tax payable at the beginning of each year by all French companies with employees and engaged in commercial, industrial or agricultural activities. Unlike other taxes, however, companies are free to choose the training establishment to which they wish their tax to be directed.

How to pay the taxe d'apprentissage?
Companies liable for the taxe d'apprentissage (apprenticeship tax) can, through direct payments in full discharge of their obligations, devote 13% of their tax to financing the training provided by law faculties.
The new collection method involves prior declaration via the Déclaration Sociale Nominative (DNS) and payment to URSSAF.
Each company can then decide to direct the sums paid to the training course of its choice. This earmarking is done in 2 phases
- 1st phase: from May 27 to August 2, 2024 inclusive
- 2nd phase: from August 12 to October 4, 2024 inclusive
To do this, simply log on to the SOLTéA platform using the login and password supplied by the Net-entreprises platform.
Companies can target their contribution by choosing the beneficiary in a very general or more specific way: the university, the law faculty or, more specifically, one or more diplomas entitled to receive the tax.
The Faculty of Law and Political Science of Aix-Marseille is authorized to receive the remaining 13% of the Taxe d'Apprentissage for all diplomas listed here and via the button below.
You can make your payment by specifying the course concerned: via the SOLTéA platform (www.soltea.gouv.fr ) with UAI Code = 0132133Y
FSDP's UAI code is 0132133Y
Since 2023, the balance of the apprenticeship tax has been collected annually by URSSAF and MSA and paid to Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC).
TheSOLTéA platform (www.soltea.gouv.fr) is provided by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. It enables employers to designate which establishments will receive the balance of their apprenticeship tax.
Once connected to the SOLTéA platform, the company accesses a search engine. It can then choose to allocate its balance to :
One or more establishments in different categories;
One or more eligible training courses within this establishment;
A component of the establishment (identified by its UAI);
One or more eligible courses within this component;
The search can be carried out by Siret, Company name, UAI, RNCP code, diploma title or diploma level, as well as by location.
The company then selects the level at which it wishes to allocate its credits, and divides them up into percentages.
