This first colloquium, organized jointly by the Conseil d'État (SRE) and the Conseil national d'évaluation des normes (CNEN), reviews the current state of normative simplification in the light of the work of the two institutions. It aims to continue the dialogue between central administrations, local elected officials, practitioners, academics and civil society. Its ambition is clear: to work collectively for an evolution of our normative culture, because of the ever-present impact of regulations on the implementation of national and local public policies.
