Announcement Calenda 1 362 642
This call for papers from the journal Espaces africains focuses on "Faire ville au quotidien" in Africa, questioning the way city dwellers live, move around, work and access services in contexts marked by strong socio-spatial inequalities and urban environmental constraints (salubrity, waste, nuisances, pollution, heat, flooding, degraded infrastructures). Based on empirical surveys, the aim is to document the territorialization of inequalities (housing/land, mobility/access, ordinary economies) and to analyze the role of public policies and development operations in the production or recomposition of urban vulnerabilities.
