The "alternance" system defines a rhythm of study and a mode of transmission. It is characterized by a succession of periods of knowledge acquisition at the FDSP and in the field, in a host organization.
In the space of 10 years, the FDSP has more than tripled the number of work-study programs it offers, as well as the number of students, who now number over 600.
Combining theoretical instruction and professional application, these 17 excellent Bachelor's and Master's degree courses, located in Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, provide students with genuine experience to facilitate their integration into the world of work.
In collaboration with the Epure Méditerranée inter-university CFA and professional branches, the FDSP offers a wide range of career opportunities, from insurance and banking to corporate environmental and social governance, real estate, taxation, accounting, urban planning and transport.
The deployment of ISO 9001 certification for work-study programs is a real guarantee of quality, as is already the case for the Master's degree in Banking Law and Wealth Management,
Not only does work-study training provide a genuine gateway to employment and professional integration for students, it also contributes to the economic development of our region.
-

Apprenticeship contract
Apprentices have dual status as students and employees (initial training).
As such, they sign an employment contract with an employer (in the form of a CERFA), while retaining access to the services provided by the university (CROUS) and, subject to certain income conditions, to family benefits (CAF) or social benefits (unemployment).
Apprentices have all the rights and duties of a company employee, and contribute towards their pension.
Apprentices are exempt from paying university tuition fees, in accordance with the French Labor Code.
They also benefit from CFA support (assistance with driving license, initial equipment, etc.). The FDSP's partner in managing apprenticeship contracts is the CFA EPURE Méditerranée.
The apprentice is supported throughout his or her contract by a university tutor when in training, and by an apprentice master when in the company.
