For the 2026–2027 academic year, the Wendel Foundation is renewing its research support program for Master’s 2 students and doctoral candidates in the humanities and social sciences. With a strong focus on historical and economic studies, the grants support projects concerning technology, businesses, and, more broadly, industrial societies. In doing so, this program gives preference to projects that utilize industrial archives.
What is offered:
- For Master’s 2 students, a grant of €1,500 for one year.
- For doctoral students, a grant of €5,000 per year, which may be awarded for up to three years for first-year applicants.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applications are open to Master’s 2 students.
- Applications are open to first-, second-, or third-year Ph.D. students.
