A global survey of 4,000 stakeholders conducted by the World Bank's Inclusive Education Initiative during school closures due to the covid 19 pandemic, revealed that around one in four parents of children with disabilities had no access to the internet (25%) or digital devices (23%). This symposium will ask the following question: What philosophy of ICT and education for an inclusive school today in Africa?
