1 General framework of the scheme (summary)
Created in 2005, the Jean Carbonnier Prize rewards work resulting from a thesis or a first book on law or justice, regardless of the discipline of humanities and social sciences concerned.
Since 2017, the Carbonnier Prize is awarded in partnership with Dalloz Editions.
Written in French, published or not, by a French or foreign author, these works must have been completed, or defended if it is a thesis, between September 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022.
2 Formalism of the application (summary)
