A one-year post-doctoral fellow is recruited at the Citeres laboratory (UMR 7324, University of Tours) as part of a contract funded by the Institute for Research in Public Health (IReSP), for a period of one year (the project also provides for a second one-year contract from 15/06/2023 at the EA CRDMS, Jean-Moulin University Lyon 3).
The main objective of this contract is to identify the strategies for capturing residents and professionals implemented by the Ehpad. The aim is therefore to analyze the form of inter-Ehpad competition.
