    This diploma aims to offer a specialisation in the field of the social and solidarity economy, which today raises particular problems in business law. However, these are only addressed at the margin in the classic LM curriculum.

    The lessons will allow to approach all the fundamentals of the SSE law and in particular the functioning of the various structures of this sector: associations, endowment funds, cooperative companies, mutual companies, health, social and medico-social establishments...

    Labour law, taxation, accounting, financing and comparative law will also find a place in order to offer a global approach of the sector.

  • STRUCTURE AND ORGANISATION

    Due to its originality, this diploma is aimed at students or professionals located throughout France. In this respect, the courses are mainly held by videoconference on Fridays and even Saturdays. For the rest, two or three face-to-face sessions are organised during the year.

  • KNOWLEDGE TO BE ACQUIRED

    To master the law, taxation, accounting and the fundamental principles of SSE law and in particular the functioning of the different structures of this sector and their particular modes of functioning.

  • PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TO BE ACQUIRED

    Ability to consider the problems of the social and solidarity economy in a transversal way. Ability to dialogue with the various functions of the company involved in the social and solidarity economy. Acquisition of a culture of the social and solidarity economy.
