1 Summary of the scheme

IERDJ funds spontaneous, free research projects proposed and carried out by teams of researchers from the CNRS and/or universities and other research institutions, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary approaches. Research projects are submitted twice a year. Projects received during these campaigns are submitted to our Scientific Advisory Board twice a year.

As part of the UNITA Alliance and the Cultural Heritage Outreach in Roman Languages (CHORAL) project, the Identités, territoires, expressions, mobilités (ITEM) laboratory at the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour is offering six cotutelle thesis grants devoted to cultural heritage. CHORAL aims to train high-quality international researchers and encourage the development of interdisciplinary, international research on all aspects of cultural heritage.
