On November 3 and 4, 2026, IMODEV will be organizing the XIth University Days on Open Government and Digital Issues at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. The aim of this event is to bring together the entire academic world (including young doctors, PhD students and researchers) and practitioners, with a broad, multi-disciplinary focus. Contributions will cover a wide range of topics, including citizen participation, artificial intelligence, the right of access to information, the right to privacy, net neutrality, freedom of expression in the digital age, the challenges of Big Data, digital sovereignty and smart cities.
