The webchallenge "Personal injury and legaltech" is a research action with and for the society, which is part of the project conducted within the framework of the University Institute of France "Standardisation of personal injury compensation". Digital technologies, with or without artificial intelligence, applied to the law (legaltech) have reached a point of maturity allowing their promoters to offer them to legal professionals, notably magistrates and lawyers. However, the disruptive potential of this emergence in the legal world remains to be measured, and it is in this sense that the webchallenge is organized.
