Under the responsibility of Hélène Duffuler-Vialle, the person recruited will participate, within the centre Droit éthique et procédures (CDEP, UR 2571, Faculty of Law of Douai, University of Artois) in an ANR project which proposes to analyse the existing gender relations in the repressive legal and judicial systems since the Revolution (HLJPGenre project).
