The objective of this postdoctoral fellowship is to produce secondary and complementary analyses to the numerous surveys conducted by the Quebec Youth Research Network (YRN) and the fellowship co-directors. The analyses could focus (to be agreed upon with the supervisors) on the constraints and obstacles to perseverance and success; on the sources of inequalities and the ways in which they can be overcome; on the subjective aspects of young people's pathways, the trade-offs they make between the different spheres of life and the development of their professional identity; on the transformation of relationships to work and to the world and their influence on career choices; or on the accessibility of professional guidance services and the non-use of services by certain groups.
