For over sixty years, Unapei has been working with people with disabilities and their families. Throughout these years, the associations that make up the network have never ceased to question themselves, with the aim of providing support that is ever more in tune with the needs and desires of people with disabilities. Under these conditions, collaboration with the world of scientific research has always held a special place within Unapei. After a successful first edition, Unapei is relaunching its Pierre Lagier Prize for the "Research and Disability" Master 2 thesis. The prize will be awarded to three students for the high quality of their Master 2 research dissertations.
The prize is open to candidates in the human and social sciences or public health, whatever their discipline - sociology, economics and management, law, political science, anthropology, educational science, philosophy, history, psychology or public health.
Students who have defended their dissertations in 2025 or 2026 are eligible to apply.
