The 2023 edition of "Rendez-vous d'Europe", organized by the Institut de l'Ouest : droit et Europe (IODE) from February 15 to April 4, 2023, invites you to discover how audiovisual and literary works, cultural representations and the law participate in the elaboration of European narratives.
Is there a history of European construction, or several narratives of the European Union? How do you see it yourself? With the Rendez-vous d'Europe 2023, come and discover how audiovisual and literary works, cultural representations and law participate in the elaboration of European narratives. The European Union has always fed fantasies, whether they are pro or anti-European. Through fiction, through books or series, through controversies and speeches, the Union has become an object of narrative(s). Leaving behind its cold and technocratic image, it appears more human, making its appropriation less difficult/easier for each of us. Come to the Faculty of Law and Political Science to participate in our conferences and debate on these various ways of talking about the European Union by attending the Rendez-vous d'Europe or, at a distance, share your thoughts with us by following them by videoconference.
