This study focuses on the legal risks generated by the logistics activity in an industrial-port environment. From the manufacturer / producer to the end user, a whole series of operators are involved, who constitute the actors of the supply chain. The engineer's work is part of the first phase: the legal and regulatory inventory and more particularly the realization of a legal and contractual audit (analysis of transport contracts, logistics service contracts, analysis of technical delegations, power of attorney, etc.) leading to a mapping of the legal risks.
