The recruited researcher will integrate the MOCUB project (Modeling behaviors and uses on blockchain) funded by the Normandy Region and the CATALYSE project (Automated certification of transactions and logistic agreements by computer on blockchain technology system). The contract focuses on the relationship between contract law and distributed ledger technology. The work of the recruited researcher will focus on the analysis of the transcription of contractual obligations on blockchain and a modeling of contracts according to their complexity (sales contract, transport contract, company contract) both on the part of the formation of the contract (MOCUB) and its execution (CATALYSE). The tasks to be accomplished cover the validity of contracts transcribed on blockchain, their execution, their proof, the role of external parties with regard to the automation proposed by the technology as well as aspects related to the RGPD.
