1 General framework of the scheme (summary)
Since 2015, the Dissertation Prize of the Human Rights Defender has been awarded annually for work in a legal discipline, or in the human, social and political sciences (economics, geography, history, sociology, anthropology, etc.), related to one of its missions:
- the defense and promotion of the rights of users of public services;
- the defense and promotion of children's rights;
- the fight against discrimination and the promotion of equality;
- the respect of the deontology by the persons exercising security activities on the territory of the Republic;
- the orientation and protection of whistleblowers.
Conditions of application (summary)
The thesis must have been defended between January 1 and December 31 of the previous year.
