This call for papers from the Nouvelle revue du travail (NRT) aims to give visibility to the work of social science researchers who are questioning and reinterrogating working-class labor in this first quarter of the 21st century, in order to draw up new portraits of it. What can we say about work, its conditions, its organization, and workers' relationship to work? Through this thematic issue, the magazine aims to focus on work and, from there, to engage in a reflection on the boundaries of working-class work, on the identities of working-class work, on the sense of belonging to the working-class world on the part of actors and actresses, beyond formal inscriptions in administrative categories.
