1 Summary of the scheme

The aim of the call for applications (AAC) for the interdisciplinary research program on the end of life is to set up a maximum of three interdisciplinary consortia to structure and develop research projects of international ambition around one or other of the following thematic axes:

In 2025, the ONPE in partnership with the Fondation de France is pleased to announce the launch of the 5th edition of the thesis prize, which will be awarded to a thesis on child protection, adoption or access to personal origins.

This journal is aimed at both scientists and criminal justice professionals throughout the French-speaking world. The topics covered are often multidisciplinary, and the journal calls on researchers in criminology, sociology, psychology and law. It mainly presents empirical research findings. Each issue is directed by one or more guest editors, who choose the theme of the issue and the authors who will be invited to publish. A call has gone out for editors for the 2027 issues.

In 2019, the Maison méditerranéenne des sciences de l'homme has introduced a thesis prize designed to reward academic excellence in the fields of Mediterranean and African studies, covering all human and social sciences (SHS) disciplines. Endowed with 3,000 euros, the prize is designed to support young researchers in their post-doctoral research and publications.

The call is open to theses written in French and defended in France or abroad between January 1 and December 31, 2024.
